We are looking for a Flagship Store Manager to lead one of our most high-performing locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in managing a large team, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where policy, standards, and results matter.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the flagship store
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
Drive team performance, motivation, and sales targets
Maintain a high standard of store presentation and customer service
Lead with discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail
What we're looking for:
We are looking for a serious, committed professional who is ready to lead with excellence. This is not an entry-level or training role -- applicants must meet the core requirements listed above to be considered. Requirements:
3 - 5 years of experience managing a large or flagship retail store
Experience managing a team of 10-12 staff
Extremely organized with excellent memory recall
Strong knowledge of systems and processes, as well as high level of computer proficiency.
Excellent knowledge of luxury customer service.
Able to identify and action issues proactively, without the need for micromanagement
Strong leadership with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures
Deadline-driven, reliable, and solutions-focused
Able to multitask effectively and remain calm under high-pressure conditions
Confident managing performance, delegating tasks, and leading by example
