Fleet Administrator - Northern CapeFull job descriptionFleet Administrator (Northern Cape)Hotazel, Northern CapePurposeTo coordinate various administrative functions within the logistics department. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient workflow in support of the logistics team's objectives.Key Responsibilitiesxc2xb7 Verify that all loads correspond with stock reports (esp. bay allocation) update system with vessel details and ensure containers are captured.xc2xb7 Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.xc2xb7 Verify that all documents are submitted to the office once the trucks have been offloaded.xc2xb7 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and transactions.xc2xb7 Provide and update on asset register as and when required.xc2xb7 Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the logistics department.xc2xb7 Manage office facilities and the procurement of consumablesSkills Requiredo Post Matric certification in Logistics / Supply Chain or relevanto Proven experience in logistics coordination or administration, with at least 2 xe2x80x93 3 years in an administrative role.o Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.Competencieso Analytical & problem-solving skillso Decision making skills.o Interpersonal skillso Attention to detailJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):Do you reside in the Northern Cape?Experience:Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
