Reporting and Analysis:
Generating reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and potential stock issues to inform decision-making.
Stock Transfers:
Managing internal stock transfers between departments within a company.
Cost Control:
Identifying and addressing areas of potential stock loss or waste to minimize inventory costs.
System Usage:
Utilizing inventory management software to track stock levels, generate reports, and streamline processes.
Manage Risk:
Ensure inventory is insured correctly; Ensure alarm systems are operational, tested and armed; Ensure no stock enters or leaves the stores without the correct paperwork.
FLEET CONTROLLER

Utilizing GPS systems to monitor vehicle location in real-time, identifying potential issues like delays or unauthorized vehicle usage.
Safety Compliance:
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, promoting a safety culture within the fleet, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
Communication:
Maintaining clear communication with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and address concerns.
Cost Management:
Monitoring fleet expenses, optimizing fuel consumption, and identifying areas for cost reduction.
Vehicle Assignment:

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Senior Certificate (essential)
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Fleet and Stock controlling
Skills and Knowledge
Good planning and management skill
Excellent communication skills
Excel Intermediate or Advance
Good Computer skills
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
