Fleet Controller - Cape TownEast Rand Bulk, an accredited fuel transportation company is currently seeking a Young, Vibrant and Fast thinking individual to join our Team as a Fleet Controller.Interested Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications/traits & Competencies:Minimum Requirements:xc2xb7 Minimum educational qualification of Matric.xc2xb7 Must have good knowledge of Fuel tankers, Policies and Procedures for loading.xc2xb7 Must have good knowledge of dispatching, tracking, briefing, and debriefing of drivers.xc2xb7 Must have good Route planning and scheduling experience.xc2xb7 Must be fully computer literate.xc2xb7 Must have good telephone and Email etiquette.xc2xb7 Must be presentable and have a sense of Pride & maturity in their day-to-day duties.xc2xb7 Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 Years of experience in a similar position.Competencies:xc2xb7 Decision making, communication and leadership skillsxc2xb7 Ability to interact well with a diversified teamxc2xb7 Attention to detail and accuracyxc2xb7 Ability to work unsupervised and under pressurexc2xb7 Complete understanding of Logistics and Fuel Transportation.Position requires shift work, so own transport is essential.Any HSE experience will be an added advantage.Whilst we would ideally like to respond individually to all candidates who contact us applying for positions, we acknowledge that this is not always possible due to the large number of applications we continually receive.
