Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with manifesting and planning vehicles out of the
• Assist with all local movements and port operations in the
• Assist with the daily briefing and debriefing of drivers
• Identify logistical challenges and implement solutions
• Provide feedback to management regarding all operational matters
• Collect drivers arriving/delivering in the region
• Drop off drivers at collection points within the region
• Planning of pilot routes in line with collection/delivery of drivers
• Management of fleet vehicles in the region
• Establish and maintain good working relationships within the organisation
• Adhere to company Policies and Procedures
• Data Capturing & record keeping

• Grade 12/Matric
• Minimum 3 relevant experience
• Code 14 with PdP
• Willing to work outside of normal work hours
• Fully conversant in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Conversant with QSA Financial Program to create purchase orders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reflect leadership abilities
• Willing to work outside normal office hours
• Willing to travel and work out of town for short periods
