Fleet Controller
Job Description
Hyde Park, Johannesburg. Fast-growing concern in the Telecommunications industry seeks Fleet Controller with solid, relevant experience to join their Johannesburg based team. Thorough fleet knowledge and experience is essential.
This role will entail complete vehicle / fleet management including database management, vehicle allocation, purchasing of vehicles, vehicle branding, vehicle insurance, vehicle item requirements / management, fleet / petrol cards, E-Tags, tracker, vehicle services and maintenance, license disc renewals, roadworthy tests, vehicle inspections, traffic infringements / fines, car wash / expenses inspections, vehicle accidents, vehicle claims / excess, and trading / selling of vehicles.
Other duties will include Nedfleet reports, Expensify, Fleet Administrator Tracker monthly report, monthly expense report, route planning, travel and accommodation management, management support, training and onboarding of new recruits, and attending Agent roadshows.
