National Fleet / Logistics Company based in Blackheath Cape Town is seeking to employ a fleet controller to join their teamMain Requirements: In line with our clients recruitment requirements, the successful candidate will have Grade 12 and a valid driver's licenseBelow is the main responsibilities of this role ( but not limited to)Damages Process:Damages checked against cheek sheetPictures to accompany check and quotesLiaise with ops to generate RA to workshopsObtain workshop report and quotes ( 48 Hours turnaround time)Servicing of vehicle, Tail liftsPlanned in advance with Monthly Fleet Report Liaison: with OpsCOF, LicensingPlanned in advance with Monthly Fleet Report Liaison: with Ops Team,DisposalsDisposal planning and preparation Liaison: with Ops Team, BM, RMBAcquisitionsNew fleet, Complete vehicle file, TransfersFleet Month end reportsReconcile fleetReport on non-movement of vehicles,Fines, Tracler, EtolsTracker audit ( All vehicles)Tracker audit ( All units reporting)Etol ( Ali vehicles fitted with etags and active)Fines process, fines sent to client and charged out or paidYard:Parking allocationsManage vehicle parking,Yard list to be completed every morning and captured before 10.00 am, Signed off exceptions accounted for investigations FilingPlease email cv and salary requirements to
