Job Description

The Fleet Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for creating a long-term and trusting relationship with our Fleet Customers. This role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned Customers and assuring the Customer will receives our full Aftersales Support.
Specific Role Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting Customer relationships

• Provide a high standard of Customer service

• Overseeing Customer account management

• Monthly / weekly and quarterly meetings with Customers

• Building a strong relationship with all Hyundai Dealers that have Fleet accounts

• Serve as a lead point of contact for all Customer queries or requests

• Negotiate contracts and agreements regarding Fleet discounts and downtime charges

• Identify areas of improvement to meet Customer satisfaction

• Tracking and monitoring of all vehicles off road, daily/weekly

• Driving the Dealer network to prioritise Fleet servicing and repairs

• Checking on backorder parts for Fleet Customers

• Collaborate with Corporate Sales Team to identify issues and grow opportunities to improve the Aftersales Support.

• Give up to date, weekly information & reports relating to all customer activities

• Quarterly updates to all Fleet & Rental Customer on our parts basket, Fleet labour rates and new vehicles service schedules.

• Attend Fleet days, new vehicle launches arranged for all Fleet, Rental and FML Customers

• Achieving targets set by the Aftersales Fleet Department Manager

• Assist Accounts Department & Dealers with following upxe2x80x99s on overdue debtor payments

• 3-5 years working experience in the same or similar role

• Technical knowledge

• Understanding the warranty policy and procedures

• A valid driver licenses

• This role will require travel to all regionxe2x80x99s

• Strong people skills

• Strong excel skills application

• Customer facing skills

• Strong Technical skills

• Computer literate

• Very strong presentation skills (Presenting to Fleet Customers on Fleet days, Heels on Wheels and Nutxe2x80x99s & Bolts forums)
