Fleet Operations Manager (mining)
Job Description
Our client based in Witbank is seeking to employ a Manager (operational excellence) to handle fleet optimization and operational excellence.
Mining industry experience is key to the role.You will manage operational excellence and fleet optimization in order to continuously improve organizational processes, systems, and work flows.
You will be responsible for optimization of business performance and achievement of fleet performance targets related to fleet management and utilisation in order to enhance the companyxe2x80x99s operational reputation amongst their customers.Qualifications and experience required:
BEng/BSc in Mining Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Operations Management/Logistic Management or similar.
8 - 10 years in Operations or Logistics Management
5 - 7 years in Operational Optimization

Chartered Institute of Logistics and TransportResponsibilities include:

People management
