Established dealership in Midrand, looking for a Fleet Sales Executive to join their growing team, in a fast paced environment.Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in fleet sales or commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, including technical specifications and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tracking tools.
- Valid drivers license.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target businesses and organizations for fleet sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate a comprehensive range of commercial vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable deals and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM software
