If this is you, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: As a Brand Ambassador / Sales Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers to encourage their entry into the store and converting browsers into satisfied customers.
- Meeting sales targets and driving volumes with effective upselling techniques.
- Ensuring the store's merchandising is visually appealing and consistently stocked with our unique functional art pieces.
- Handling daily banking activities and reconciling till sales accurately to maintain financial integrity.
- Processing sales transactions promptly and following correct sales procedures.
- Providing a pleasant and satisfying customer experience that reflects our brand values.
- Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by the store manager.
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment.
- A passion for art and design.
