My client is a premier travel company dedicated to providing authentic and personalized safari experiences across Southern and East Africa. With a commitment to sustainable tourism, their mission is to connect travellers with the stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and rich cultures of Africa. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flexible Independent Travel Manager to join our team and help clients create unforgettable journeys.Job Summary:
- Providing a team of FIT consultants with sales direction and support
- Monitoring first responses on all new enquiries and distributing to consultants
- Managing quotes & emails to agents
- Systems management (Tourplan / HubSpot)
- Producing weekly and monthly statistics on sales and enquiries
- Advising team on putting together itineraries; dealing with any issues that may arise
- Ensuring the information is correct, monitoring follow-ups, replies
- Answering enquiries if/when needed
- Supervising/providing training schedules for any new staff as needed
- Minimum of 5 years experience in travel Consulting
- High level Knowledge of Africa Destinations
- Minimum of 1 year in a management position.
