Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Floor Layer
to install, repair, and maintain various flooring types inresidential, commercial, and industrial properties
. The ideal candidate will have experience working withcarpet, vinyl, tiles, wood, laminate, and epoxy flooring
, ensuring high-quality finishes and durability.Key Responsibilities:
? Measure and cut flooring materials to
fit designated areas accurately
.? Prepare surfaces by
cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or underlays
.? Install
various types of flooring
(carpet, vinyl, tiles, wood, laminate, and epoxy).? Use specialized tools such as
trowels, knee kickers, floor cutters, and rollers
.? Repair and replace damaged flooring sections.
? Apply
finishing treatments, sealants, or protective coatings
as required.? Work with clients and project managers to ensure
specifications and design requirements
are met.? Follow
health and safety regulations
, ensuring work areas are clean and hazard-free.? Maintain tools and equipment in
good working condition
