What you will do:

Take ownership of the training process, work with large group of trainees Create an engaging environment for trainees to participate and share/provide feedback Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures Optimizing training processes for efficiency

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)

1-3 years of experience in Training Lead Role

Analytical and research skills Positive, responsible and proactive attitude Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:

Knowledge of Klaus, Zendesk
