Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification (required).
Diploma in Sales or Marketing (advantageous).
Minimum of 1 year experience in FMCG sales, specifically targeting cash & carry stores, wholesalers, or retailers.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel extensively within Johannesburg and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and engage new clients in the cash & carry, wholesale, and retail sectors.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular client visits to present product offerings and promotions.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Order Processing & Account Management

Ensure accurate and timely order placements.
Follow up on deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Assist clients with stock management strategies to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide daily and weekly sales reports detailing performance and sales pipeline.
