Job SummaryOur client seeks to employ a FMCG Sales Representative in Cape Town. The ideal candidate is responsible for driving sales and growing market shares of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products. This role involves building relationships with clients, reaching sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territory.

• Promote and sell a range of FMCG products to existing and prospective clients.

• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Maintain and improve relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to represent the company.

• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, marketing promotions, and competitor activities.

• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.

RequirementsQualifications and Experience:

• Ability to reach sales targets and drive profitability.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
