Foh/ Duty Manager

Job Description
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 35 years of FOH or Duty Manager experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star establishment
- Experience in handling high-end international clientele
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems (such as OPERA or NightsBridge)
- Financial acumen for petty cash management and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Valid driver's license
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Knowledge of wildlife conservation and lodge sustainability practices is a plus
