Foh/ Duty Manager

Job Description


Education:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
  • Minimum of 35 years of FOH or Duty Manager experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star establishment
  • Experience in handling high-end international clientele
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent guest relations and communication skills
  • Knowledge of reservation systems (such as OPERA or NightsBridge)
  • Financial acumen for petty cash management and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Knowledge of wildlife conservation and lodge sustainability practices is a plus
