The Main Function of this position is to Maximise Collections and Minimise Losses by managing/reducing the arrears in the OK Furnishers/House & Home Ledger under his/her responsibility by Contacting, Negotiating payment and Educating the Customer.Job Advert Details

- Activate Non-paying Accounts
- Educate Customers to pay Arrears/Keep account up to date
- Trace non-contactable customers
- Increase Theoretical Collection Rate
- Ensure First Instalment is Paid on time
ExperiencePrevious Collections Experience Would be an Advantage
Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced Working Knowledge: -
- In house Programs (UCS)
- Credit Bureau Reports
- Basic accounting principals (How to read a statement)
