As a Food and Beverage Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the Blue Marlin All-inclusive Seascape Resort. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the establishment's dining operations by overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu planning, purchasing, staff management, customer service, financial management, event catering, marketing, and innovation.
