Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Develop and maintain menus in collaboration with the culinary team, ensuring offerings meet customer preferences and industry trends.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, costs, and performance to the restaurant owner or management.
• Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
