Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all food and beverage operations across the hotels restaurants, bars, room service, and event catering.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cost control procedures to optimize profitability.
Develop and implement innovative food and beverage programs and seasonal menus.
Maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to meet financial objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar senior management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative environment.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
