Job Description


Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and event setups.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Lodge Management on menu design, special events, and beverage pairing.
  • Maintain stock control, supplier relations, and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Uphold the lodges 5-star service standards and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in an F&B management role within a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette.
  • Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and inventory effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class service.
  • Willingness to live and work in a remote, bush-based environment.
