Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operations of food and beverage services in establishments
- Staff & budgeting management, menu planning, quality control and customer service
- Operational Oversight Managing day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A deep understanding of food and beverage trends and customer service excellence
- Matric
- Micros System Experience required
