- Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and event catering.
- Ensure exceptional service quality, aligning with the retreat's luxury standards.
- Manage and train a team of skilled F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and implement innovative menus, in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Monitor inventory, budgets, and financial performance, optimizing cost efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Enhance guest experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Address and resolve guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, including fine dining and event management.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
