Job Summary Key Responsibilities: Strategic Branding and Marketing:
Develop and implement strategic plans to position our food and beverage offerings as a leading revenue driver and differentiate our properties in the market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to devise branding strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to attract and retain a diverse customer base.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify opportunities to enhance the visibility and appeal of our food and beverage offerings.
Event Hosting and Management:
Plan and execute various events such as culinary festivals, wine tastings, and themed dining experiences to expand customer base and increase revenue.
Partner closely with the events team to ensure flawless execution of events, from initial concept through to post-event evaluation and follow-up.
Operational Oversight:
Provide operational guidance and support to food and beverage teams at all properties to uphold high-quality standards, deliver exceptional service, and optimize cost-efficiency.
Monitor financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve business objectives.
Menu Development and Innovation:
Collaborate with executive chefs and culinary teams to create innovative menu offerings that align with brand identity and meet customer preferences.
Regularly review and update menus to reflect seasonal trends, guest feedback, and business goals.
Guest Experience Enhancement:
Foster a culture of service excellence and guest satisfaction to ensure memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
Solicit and respond to guest feedback, implementing improvements to continuously enhance dining offerings.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in food and beverage management, ideally within a multi-property or upscale hospitality setting.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic branding, marketing, and event initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand recognition.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Comprehensive understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and quality assurance.
Experience in event planning and management, including logistics and execution.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in food and beverage management and hospitality.
