Food & Beverage Manager - Skukuza, MpumalangaFull job descriptionSkukuza Golf Club requires a Food & Beverage Manager with Front and Back of House ExperienceThe Food & Beverage Manager will report to the Club General Manager.The F&B Manager is accountable for front & back of house, club house operationsTo Achieve high performance from all staff by utilizing effective leadership and management principlesTo ensure that Sales Targets are met.Be responsible for daily cash ups.Maintaining the cleanliness of the Club HouseEfficient and effective communication between allstakeholdersProper documentation of all stock entering and leaving the storeroomsTo oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Kitchen, Food & Beverage employeesTo ensure that all Operating Equipment is utilized correctlyThe Employeexe2x80x99s duties will include, but is not limited to:S*_ales & Marketing*_xc2xb7 Together with General ,manage the Clubs website and ensure that it provides up to date, relevant and interesting content for members and visitorsxc2xb7 Increase revenue from Sponsorship through developing relationships with new and existing partners.xc2xb7 Draw and Implement Sales & Marketing plansxc2xb7 Work with Sales & Marketing Manager in implementation of Sales and Marketing Planxc2xb7 In Conjunction with the Media House manage Social Media for the clubPeople Management & Leadershipxc2xb7 Ensure consistency with regards to customer service by enforcing the SOP manual.xc2xb7 Rostering of Staffxc2xb7 Chair regular meetings with direct reportsxc2xb7 Enforce discipline in the workplaceFinance & Administrationxc2xb7 Ensure compliance with all statutory and local government legislative requirements including but not limited to Liquor License, Health & Safety, Employmentxc2xb7 To ensure that all company policies are adhere tooxc2xb7 Actively plan, prepare annual budget Food & Beveragexc2xb7 Ensure regular stock takes are conducted and variances are investigatesxc2xb7 Ensure financial processes and controls are in placexc2xb7 Ensure that daily Management Reports are submittedxc2xb7 Rostering of Kitchen and Front of house Staffxc2xb7 Ensure that food & beverage cost are managedxc2xb7 Ensure that daily Sales targets are met.xc2xb7 Ensure that purchase requisitions are submitted timeously & orders are placed on time.xc2xb7 Ensure that par stock levels are in orderxc2xb7 Ensure that food and beverage pricing is updatedMinimum Requirementsxc2xb7 Grade 12xc2xb7 National Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or Diploma in Hotel Managementxc2xb7 Computer Literacyxc2xb7 3 Years Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant ManagerOther Requirement:xc2xb7 Driverxe2x80x99s license requiredxc2xb7 Hospitality working hours operations including weekend & public holidaysxc2xb7 Own vehicle / transport**Salary will be discussed with the successful candidate**Single occupancy Accommodation will be offeredJob Type: Full-timePay: R1 234 567,00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Skukuza, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:F&b or restaurant management: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:Driver's Licence (Required)
