Role and responsibilities:
Conduct high standard internal audits against the: FSSC22000 standard, IP Handling and Environmental audits. Report writing and effective corrective action. Feedback to management
External audits by customers and certification bodies are successful to achieve certification and supplier approval.
Management of the Lab, ensure 100% efficiency of lab equipment, monitoring of quality, record keeping, statistics etc
Daily reporting on product conformance.
Sample Analysis at External and Internal labs and the interpretation of results
Liaise with customers on Complaints, do root cause analysis, identify Corrective and Preventive actions, follow up on effectiveness and draw up graphs
Training on FSSC22000 and Environmental Management
Communication: Meetings and info sessions
Document and Record Control
Compile Business Review paper and other reports for evaluation by senior management
The successful candidate must be willing to relocate within 50kms of the Plant.
