A well-established legal firm located in Pretoria East, is seeking an experienced Foreclosures Secretary to join their team. The firm specializes in commercial litigation, debt collection, conveyancing, and a wide range of legal services, offering top-tier solutions to clients since 2005.Responsibilities:
- Handle all foreclosure-related documentation including drafting affidavits, summonses, and Section 129 notices.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and legal professionals to ensure the efficient processing of foreclosure cases.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with legal debt collections, particularly in foreclosures of home loans.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Foreclosures Secretary, within a law firm environment.
- Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
