Our client, a well-established firm with 15 years of steady growth, based in Pretoria East (Silver Lakes area) offers a stable work environment where your expertise will be valued. This role is ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary in Foreclosures and VAF to join a top legal firm.Minimum Requirements4 - 6 years previous experience in a Standard Bank Home Loans / Vehicle and Asset Finance positionExperience Required
- Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage approximately 30 matters per day
- Ability to perform well under immense pressure
- Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
- Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner
- Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
- Should be able to utilize and function on the following systems, GHOST PRACTICE, VAF legal and CACS.
- Strong communication skills
- Administratively strong
- Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage.
