Minimum Requirements:

Matric 4- 6 years previous experience in Home Loans Foreclosures. Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage.

Experience Required:

Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices, Warrants of attachment, Notices & Conditions of Sale and all other banking litigation related documentation. Ability to work independently and manage approximately 20 matters per day. Ability to perform well under immense pressure. Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times. Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner. Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players. Should be able to utilize and function on the following systems, GHOST PRACTICE, SB / CLF legal and CACS.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills. Administratively strong. Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage. For more information please contact:
