QUALIFICATIONS:
Trade, Millwright/HEM EXPERIENCE:
4 - 6 years' experience of which 2 years supervisory experience, experience in a unionised environment, experience
in a workshop environment within the heavy earth moving/mining industry, planning, scheduling and project
management type experience is essentialSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Trade, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Fundamentals of the Labour Relations Act,Basic knowledge of the SEIFSA
Agreements, Valid Drivers' licenceJob Specification

• Horizon Planning, Human Capital Management, Financial Management, Contracts/Supplier Management,
• Corporate Governance, Liaison- and Change Management, Continuous Leadership Development xc2xb7 Adheres to SHE policies and procedures
• Executes Machine Inspections
• Oversees Service, Repairs & Maintenance (Field or Workshop)
• Executes New Machine deliveries and Pre-Delivery Inspections
• Oversees Technical Repair and Maintenance
• Executes Parts and Inventory management for repairs and maintenance
• Plans and monitors the Modifications to and Overhaul of equipment
• Executes Physical Workshop Management (in addition to service,inventory control & inspections)
• Executes Job Costing and Financial and General Administration
• Executes Workshop Management
