Well established company in Mokopane, Limpopo seeks a Foreman from opencast miningMinimum Requirements

Grade 12 with applicable trade qualification, i.e. Hydraulic Fitter, Electrician or Millwright.
Minimum 4 years experience in a Foreman role in an opencast mining environment overseeing Artisans
Computer Literate.
Excellent customer relations skills
Must be able to work shifts.

Duties will include

Lead and manage your team accordingly to generate
motivation, ownership, productivity etc. for the greater success of the company.
Supervise and manage maintenance and breakdown staff
Repair of breakdowns.
Ensure that sub-ordinates work safely and in accordance with proper job instructions.
Report and manage damages on machines.
Appoint sub-ordinates to appropriate areas and associated equipment for maintenance and repair.
Responsibility for proper maintenance of all the equipment mentioned in his area of responsibility.
To have in writing all correct maintenance and repair procedures for the machinery and equipment
Keep record and report breakdowns, call-outs, spares usage etc. for all equipment
Reports and feedback to the maintenance planning system.
Have a system in place to institute team rules in the section for proper internal discipline.
