Diagnose and repair equipment, including diesel and gas engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct disassembly for major repairs and perform routine maintenance, preventive tasks, and equipment testing.
Knowledge of basic electrical diagnostics, such as light switches and fuses.
Expertly analyses and diagnoses customer equipment problems and breakdowns inline with standard company policy and procedure as well as conducting repairs on industrial material handling equipment.
Ensure operational compliance with manufacturers' standards and safety regulations aligned to SANS and DMR.
Perform equipment inspections during maintenance services and reporting technical and safety concerns through established company procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Product related mechanical experience (Material Handling 3-5 years)
