Formwork Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
A well established company specializing in formwork and scaffolding is currently looking to hire a senior QS.
Duties:
- Appoint and administrate sub-contractors
- Measure and certify interim payment certificates with subcontractors
- Measure and certify interim claims to clients
- Verify and settle client final accounts
- Coordinating and planning activities and instructions
- Contractual administration on the JBCC, MBSA D/S, NEC3+4 and GCC contracts.
- Cost control and reporting
- Variations orders, costings and analysis for rate break down and approval.
- 7+ years construction experience
- 4+ years formwork experience
- Good knowledge about formwork
- Possible travel to other provinces from time to time
- Own reliable transport
