Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lessons with wildlife and environmental themes.
- Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Integrate outdoor learning experiences into teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate records and support students' social-emotional growth.
- Participate in professional development and lodge activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Experience in Foundation Phase teaching, primary education preferred.
- Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a unique educational setting.
