We are Tuft Crowd, a vibrant craft store located in the city center of Cape Town on Bree Street. We are excited to expand and are looking for a dedicated
Franchise and Sales Associate
to join our team.:
Handle and respond to franchise inquiries, converting potential inquiries into franchisees. Promote and sell Tufting equipment and yarns to craft stores and DIY shops in Cape Town and across South Africa. Maintain and update our website, ensuring franchise information is current and accurate. Supervise and inspect our physical store, providing guidance on product displays and merchandise arrangement.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality. Sales experience, especially in product promotion and distribution. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other office software. Strong computer skills; familiarity with Shopify is a plus. A driver's license and access to a car are preferred.
Salary:
The position offers a base salary with a high commission structure. Details will be discussed during the interview.We are looking for someone who can manage their emotions well, focus on problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
