Closing Date: 17/04/2025Key Responsibilities:Conducting investigations into fraud, corruption and other misconduct reported and assist increating fraud awareness to support the Corporate strategic objectives.o Investigate allegations of fraud and other reported misconduct in accordance with LabourRelations Act and criminal procedure requirements.o Assist with the mitigation of fraud risk in Heineken Beverages by identifying control breakdownsand weaknesses as part of forensic investigations.o Assist in actively seeking to improve business processes and service requirements to supportthe identification and investigation of fraud-related incidences within the Heineken Beveragesbusiness environmento Assess and interpret evidence, compile reports and affidavits concerning irregularities,regulatory transgressions and criminal conduct and make valid recommendations for furtheractions.o Compiling case dockets for criminal prosecution.o Identification of trends and making recommendations with reference to implementation ofpreventative measures and areas of risk.o Testify at internal, CCMA and criminal proceedings.o Assist in execution of the awareness campaigns as per the agreed plan.o Manage own time spent on projects/cases efficiently and in line with instructions frommanagement.o Consistently deliver all results on time, within allocated budget to the right quality.xc2xb7 Build, maintain and improve relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and externalo Build effective and trusting relationships with management, all employees and peers.o Build effective relationships with stakeholders (internal and external), including industry andvarious government departments. o Collaborate and understand the needs of the business and provide solutions and recommendations to deliver on business expectations. xc2xb7 Continuously drive innovative ideas o Implement innovative processes to improve overall efficiency and contribute added value. xc2xb7 Personal Development and Teamwork. o Take responsibility for own development and contribute to team effectiveness. o Agree on personal performance goals and achievement thereof. o Demonstrate the Heineken Beverages Corporate Values. o Drive own development to ensure knowledge and skills remain current.Requirement:xc2xb7Relevant qualification consisting of Forensic; Law or Commerce. (Certified Fraud Examiner(CFE) or Post Graduate Qualification in Forensic auditing and criminal justice would be anadvantageMust have at least 3 -5 years Corporate or FMCG experience in fraud investigations.xc2xb7 Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicateon all levels of the business.xc2xb7 Report writing experience.xc2xb7 Experience in testifying in disciplinary, CCMA and criminal hearings.xc2xb7 Proven computer literacy in MS Office .xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.xc2xb7 Good business acumen.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently, accurately and well under pressure.xc2xb7 Reliability, flexibility and ability to perform under pressure.xc2xb7 High level of confidentiality and integrity to be maintained.The Company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
