Description
We have an exciting position available for a Showroom Manager, based at our upmarket showroom in Bloemfontein.If you are vibrant with a passion for our industry with previous experience in a similar role, this might be your next dream position!
Main purpose of the job
To build constructive relationships and maintain the image and effective operation of the showroom in order to maximise sales.
Minimum requirements
National Senior Certificate, Certificate or Diploma in sales and marketing or related field (advantageous), Minimum 5 years sales experience in a retail environment/similar role & Minimum 2 years people management experience.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in the decor field, be outgoing, dynamic and driven, be highly motivated, loyal and committed, have strong leadership skills, have strong admin skills & be highly sales driven with a can-do attitude.
Main duties
Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, maintain showroom operations & manage the showroom and staff while maintaining employee motivation and performance.
