We have an amazing opportunity for Freelance Facilitators, Assessors, and Moderators to nationally expand our Training and Development Department.
Essential Requirements: * Post Matric Qualification in the related field.
- Facilitator, Assessor, and/or Moderator Certificate (Accredited by ETDP SETA).
- Services Seta accredited Assessor / Moderator
- AgriSETA accredited Assessor / Moderator
- Competency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Drivers license and willingness to travel.
- Experience training in Human Resource Management-related courses.
- Experience in training Human Resources-related or Crop Production Agricultural-related courses.
- Organizational and people skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional etiquette and presentation
- Ability to host virtual and face-to-face training.
