Design and produce high-quality multimedia content-including graphics, videos, animations, and motion design-for digital platforms, campaigns, and corporate communications.
Monitor and update website content regularly to ensure information is current, accurate, and engaging.
Conceptualise and design branded email communications including newsletters, mailers, and electronic invitations that drive engagement and reinforce messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create compelling digital assets for online campaigns, member communications, and the e-commerce platform.
Collaborate on the design and layout of internal documents, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into clear visual narratives that support business goals and brand positioning.
Ensure all multimedia outputs maintain brand consistency, design excellence, and alignment with Proudly South African's visual identity.
Support digital marketing and social media initiatives with tailored multimedia assets optimised for different platforms.
Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, brand compliance, and creative quality.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and multimedia best practices to keep the organisation's digital presence relevant and forward-thinking.
Provide design support for internal and external events, campaigns, and member initiatives, including both digital and print collateral.
Ensure timely uploading of procurement-related documents to the website when required.
Matric
Qualification in Multimedia design, visual communication, web design, or related creative qualification.
Additional certifications in motion design, UX/UI, or video production (advantageous).
3 - 5 years' proven experience in multimedia design, including motion graphics, digital marketing, and web design.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple digital projects from concept to execution across platforms.
Hands-on experience designing for WordPress websites, including content management and UX improvements.
Experience designing newsletters, mailers, and email campaigns using platforms like Everlytic, Mailchimp or similar tools.
Experience with working within a creative agency, marketing department, or brand team environment is advantageous.
Drivers licence and willingness to travel when required.
Preference will be given to candidates who can avail themselves immediately.
