Your opportunity
As a sales training specialist, you'll work closely with our CEO to deliver transformative sales results for our clients.
We're looking for someone who is not only strategic and creative but also proactive in execution. Your role will be to guide B2B companies in developing and optimising their sales processes and frameworks, with performance-based bonuses rewarding your success.
Key responsibilities Provide sales training based on Persuade's proven methodologies for high-value B2B sales. Advise businesses on creating and refining their sales strategies and processes. Coach sales teams on advanced selling techniques, presentation skills, and deal closing. Analyse sales calls and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Assist in developing tailored sales scripts, qualification frameworks, and strategies for overcoming objections.
Required experience Minimum of three years' experience in B2B sales with a strong success record. Proficiency in consultative sales techniques. Previous experience in training or coaching sales teams. Familiarity with long sales cycles and managing complex sales deals.
Key competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to conduct role-play scenarios to enhance training effectiveness. Experience in documenting and improving sales processes. Deep understanding of B2B buyer behaviour and psychology. Comfortable delivering training sessions remotely.
Compensation Competitive freelance rates (hourly, daily, or project-based). Performance-based bonuses linked to client outcomes. Potential for ongoing collaboration and long-term partnership.
