Job Description


We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, visitors, and employees.Tasks

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and inviting demeanor
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner
  • Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, filing, and data entry
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus
