FOH Administrator - Aesthetic ClinicPARKTOWN, Johannesburg - Gauteng (South Africa)START: 01 May 2024 / A.S.A.PREPORT TO: Operations ManagerTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Friday 07:45 - 17:15
- 1x Saturday every 2 months
- R18,000 - R20,000 per month Gross Salary (Based on your relevant experience and skills)
- Discretionary incentives
- BONUS - Secretarial or Administrative qualification
- Must live in the area with reliable transport to work
- Excellent patient and client communication
- Beautifully groomed - looking the part!
- Reception or Guest Relations experience is required
- Cruise ship employment experience is a bonus
- Forward thinking
- Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with attention to detail in communication (verbal & electronic)
- Spa software experience is required (ESP / Chidesk / My Appointment / Fresha etc.)
- Ability to give timely and excellent services at all time
- Ability to correctly capture information, payments or any other administrative duties.
- Knowledge of Aesthetic procedures and trends
- Ability to focus attention on client/patient needs
- Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Clinic
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
