Requirements:
- At least 6 years hospitality experience in a senior restaurant, event, and banqueting management.
- Diploma in hotel / F&B management.
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and problem- solving skills.
- Hands-on individuals.
- Excellent oral, written and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple staff according to regulations.
- Detailed administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple venues / events.
