Front Of House Manager
Job Description
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER - EAST LONDON - Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of House Manager to join their team. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Only applicants that meet all requirements and have a valid drivers license and own reliable transport will be considered.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12
Minimum 1 years experience in the Hospitality Industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multi-task and organizational skills required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional service
Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Proficient in Microsoft as well as a reputable POS System
Previous exposure to Expedia & Semper will be an advantage
Must have a valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
Salary - Market Related (depending on experience)
