Job Description
My client, an well known Restaurant based between Somerset and Stellenbosch, is seeking to employ a dynamic and energetic Front of House Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and committed to providing outstanding customer serviceRequirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and ensure smooth operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurants schedule
- Proficiency in handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver exceptional service
- Create rosters for staff shifts
- Allocating duties to waitrons and cleaners
- Hold motivational staff briefings
- Manning the floor, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Staff cash ups
- Staff trainings
- Ensuring the restaurant is kept tidy at all times
- Front of House stock take
- Opening and closing of restaurant
