Job Summary Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. He/She organizes the work, schedules working hours, and ensures that hygiene and safety rules are adhered to. The FOH is also responsible for making sure the restaurant is profitable, in line with the objectives set by the Management team Must have experience in the following: Front of house management Costing and stock control Great customer service and management skills Own reliable transport Experience with company code of conduct Fluent in Afrikaans and English Pilot system Communication Teamwork Oriented Maintains a Good Energy Level Thorough and Organized Professional Punctual Candidates with a longer working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include staff management, stock control and complaints handling.
