Job Summary Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. He/She organizes the work, schedules working hours, and ensures that hygiene and safety rules are adhered to. The FOH is also responsible for making sure the restaurant is profitable, in line with the objectives set by the Management team Must have experience in the following: xe2x80xa2 Front of house management xe2x80xa2 Costing and stock control xe2x80xa2 Great customer service and management skills xe2x80xa2 Own reliable transport xe2x80xa2 Experience with company code of conduct xe2x80xa2 Fluent in Afrikaans and English xe2x80xa2 Pilot system xe2x80xa2 Communication xe2x80xa2 Teamwork Oriented xe2x80xa2 Maintains a Good Energy Level xe2x80xa2 Thorough and Organized xe2x80xa2 Professional xe2x80xa2 Punctual Candidates with a longer working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include staff management, stock control and complaints handling.
