Job Summary Job Specification This role will take control from an administrative perspective in ensuring the efficient day to day organisation of all applicable paperwork/procedure administration Will work closely with the billing company in order to ensure the accuracy of the billings and collections Role will include providing personal assistant support to the Doctor which may entail personal errands outside of the normal administrative requirements Primary responsible for co-ordinating with the various practices the lists done every day Liaise with the various practices but also then get all the paperwork i.e. consenting and pre procedure administration complete with the patient Further this individual will work with the billing company to manage the accuracy of his billing and collections Busy complex position of co-ordination where a balance of confidence, assertiveness and diplomacy is required Answering of all calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner Take messages and ensure they are actioned by relevant person Maintain the issue logbook for all messages and matters that arise on a daily basis Assist with managing the diary Assist the doctor with all office admin related tasks Schedule all admin related appointments with the doctor and the various service providers Liaise with contractors such as hospital technical department, IT specialists, Suppliers Maintain all supplier contracts and agreements Ordering stock from various places: pharmacies, stationers Support of various marketing initiatives Bill patients accordingly and collect payment where necessary Minimum Requirements Sound attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written A tech-savvy nature and go-getter attitude as well as an ability to act with the utmost discretion and professionalism Proven experience in a similar context is a pre-requisite Kindly note that by submitting your application for this career opportunity, you agree that Guardian Recruiting may use your application for the purpose of the recruitment and selection of the said position, and this information may be shared with the relevant stakeholders in the business.
