This role isn't just about answering phones and assisting clientsit's about being the face of our client's company. You'll handle administrative tasks including booking travel arrangements and maintaining our client database, so proficiency in basic Excel is essential.
This office-based position operates Monday to Friday, providing stability and a supportive work environment.Required Skills:

  • Excel skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Word for document creation and editing, Excel for basic spreadsheets and data entry, and Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
  • Internet and Email: Ability to navigate the internet for research purposes and utilize email for correspondence with clients and colleagues.
  • Typing Skills: Adequate typing speed and accuracy to handle correspondence and documentation efficiently.
  • Excellent Phone etiquette
  • Fluent in English & Afrikaans
